Why per-license?
Because Metrc credentials are issued per CA license. The platform reflects that — every queued action is tied to one license, with that license's user key driving the submit. No silent cross-tenant writes.
Do you store our Metrc credentials?
Yes, in an AES-256-GCM-encrypted vault keyed off your account secret. The credentials never leave your tenant boundary, and the audit log redacts them on every write.
What happens during the 30-day pilot?
You wire up one license, we mirror your existing Metrc state into the platform, and you run your day-to-day workflow on our queue for a month. Cancel any time before day 30, no charge.
Do you support sandbox / training Metrc?
Yes — flip a checkbox in the integration settings. Sandbox mode points the HTTP client at sandbox-api-ca.metrc.com.
What's the TPV story?
South Bay IT Solutions LLC has applied to become a CA-Metrc-validated TPV. The application + business plan are in our public docket. Customers running with us today operate against their own Metrc credentials; TPV validation extends that to a vendor-key flow when it lands.
Can we self-host?
The platform is a single-file PHP app + SQLite. On Agency tier we ship the install package — bring your own Linux box. Operator + Vertical run on our shared infrastructure.
